Data from Connected Services

• Google Contacts: We sync your contacts to identify members of your professional network and enrich them with publicly available professional information. Personal contacts without professional matches remain invisible to other users.
• Google Calendar: We analyze meeting attendee information (not event titles, descriptions, or notes) to assess relationship strength and frequency of interaction.
• LinkedIn (via Browser Extension): With your consent, our browser extension reads your LinkedIn connections list and updates profile information for those connections only.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not access or store email content, calendar event descriptions or notes, private messages, or passwords. We use OAuth-based authentication and never ask for or store your third-party service passwords.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interactions with the Service. We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect this information.

• Allow humans to read Google user data unless you have given affirmative consent for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes, it is required by law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations

Village will never sell your data to third parties or serve you ads.

• Within your team or organization: Network and relationship data may be visible to members of your team on Village, subject to your organization's access controls and permissions.
